Subscriptions

BenchPilot Timer is €15 per year. BenchPilot Team is €8.99 per month and includes Timer. Apple displays the applicable local price and renewal terms before you confirm.

Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account if access is missing. Purchases made through TestFlight are simulated and do not transfer to the public App Store.

If a subscription expires or is revoked, BenchPilot keeps your local data and does not interrupt a match already in progress. You can continue to export your data.

Your local data

Mac and iPad libraries do not synchronize automatically. Move a substitution roster deliberately with a .benchpilotroster export and import. Export actual match data as Sportscode XML.

The selected Mac or iPad host owns and saves the live match. An iPhone remote connects directly to that nearby host; it does not use a BenchPilot server.

Removing BenchPilot from a device can remove data held only on that device. Export anything you want to retain before deleting the app or its local records.

Privacy

BenchPilot does not upload your Squads, substitution rosters, player information or match records to a BenchPilot cloud service. Nearby remote discovery and control stay on the local network.

Apple processes App Store purchases and supplies verified transaction status to the app. BenchPilot uses that verified status only to determine which product is active.

A cropped screenshot or anonymised example can help. Do not send Apple Account credentials, full player lists or an entire local library unless a private transfer has been arranged.
